These terms govern your use of thehalohorns.com and any purchase you make here. The seller is IP Kairatuly, Aksay 3, 24, Almaty 050000, Kazakhstan, contactable at hello@thehalohorns.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Our products
Halo & Horns sells 3D-printed hair accessories, made to order and finished by hand. Because every piece is produced individually, small variations in finish and colour between pieces are normal and are not defects. Product photographs are accurate but screens differ; colour may vary slightly from what you see.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include shipping to the United States, the destination we currently serve. If US customs charges you import duty or a handling fee, we refund it — see our Shipping & Delivery policy. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider; we do not store card data. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we send the order confirmation. If a price or description is obviously wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Production and delivery
Production takes 1–2 business days, processing 1 business day, and delivery takes 14–25 business days after dispatch — see our Shipping & Delivery policy. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs delays are outside our control.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel any order before dispatch and pay nothing. After delivery, returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms and does not limit your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The designs, photographs, text and the Halo & Horns name belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs, or use our images commercially, without written permission.
Using this site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data automatically, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
Liability
Our accessories are decorative. Keep them away from open flame, hot water and direct heat, and out of reach of small children — the wing tips are pointed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order is the one that applies to your order.
