Shipping & Delivery
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Your clip is made after you order it, then checked, packed and handed to the carrier.
How long before it ships
Production: 1–2 business days. Each piece is printed individually and finished by hand.
Processing: 1 business day. Final inspection, packing and dispatch.
Your parcel leaves us within 3 business days of your order — usually sooner. You receive a tracking number by email the moment it does.
Delivery time
Every order ships from Kazakhstan by tracked air mail and arrives in 14–25 business days after dispatch. Shipping is included in the price — nothing is added at checkout. Customs delays are outside our control and are not counted in that estimate.
Yes, that is longer than a domestic order. Each piece is made for you and travels a long way. Your tracking number arrives the day it ships, so you can watch it come.
Tracking
Every order is tracked end to end. If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, write to us — we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.
No surprise fees at the door
The price you pay is the price. If US customs charges import duty or a handling fee on your order, we refund it. Send us the receipt or the carrier's notice at hello@thehalohorns.com and we return the amount to your original payment method within 3 business days. No arguing, no forms.
We do this because a parcel that asks for more money on the doorstep is not the experience we want to give you.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. Other countries are opening soon — write to us if you are elsewhere and we will tell you the moment we reach you.
Addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can correct it only before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent once the return arrives; reshipping is charged at cost.
Lost parcels
If your order has not arrived 35 business days after dispatch and tracking shows no delivery, we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not have to argue with us about it.
